So I know some people don't get a long with there in laws....but I am NOT one of them I couldn't ask for better ones. They broke the mold after they made them. I just wanted to give a shout out to Lynsie. I just have so much fun with her when she visites. Your AWESOME LYNSIE. PLus Megan and Emily are TONS of fun too. We always do fun things when we are together. I love you guys!!

Merry Christmas to all!!!

Well this Christmas will be a hard one for us. We have had two deaths in our families. Jared's dad and my grandpa. Both were sick for awhile. So at lest they aren't in anymore pain. But we will miss them.

The boys are excited about Christmas though. They are sing christmas songs none stop. So cute though, I love it. Well Merry Christmas everyone. We love you.

Well I have disappered for awhile. My computer isn't working a the moment but I am planing to get some pictuers on here soon. so bare with me. November hasn't been such a great month for us. Jared's dad passed away. But we are all doing good. We know families are together forever so we know we will see him again.
We are looking forward to Christmas. It is like your a kid again. But it is looking forward to your children opening their presents. So it will be a lot of fun. Well Merry Christmas to all and will up date you later.

Well We have had a lot of things going on. School started, a school party, and an Ou game. So we have been going going and going. But we have been loving it. The boys love school. I have loved getting a chance to go running again. Bennett has loved riding while I run. Jared has been working. But got time off to take Tyson to a Ou game. And is taking Derek next time. So we have some more fun to look forward to.

Well we went to utah for a few weeks. We had a ton of fun. I just wanted to tell Ash and Dave thank you so much for letting us stay there. We love you guys!

I was Tagged

Sorry it has taken me so long to even know I was tagged. Things have been crazy here. We are getting ready to visit family on tuesday.

Anyway I didn't even know I was taged until Jared called this morning to tell me that he might get to go up in his bosses airplane with him. Which is cool and scary at the same time, becasue what kind of plane do you here about crashing. All the privite planes. But he was super excited so I am excited for him. Then he told me he was looking at Justin and Stacy's blog and that I had been taged for something. So I got my lazy butt out of bed to see what he was talking about and well here we are.

Here is what it is all about:
You have to take pictures of your toilet, sink, laundry room, fridge, closet, favorite shoes, favorite room, and your kids. And you can not cheat, just get up and begin taking pictures. It was so hard not to want to cheat. Plus my list is backwards.

I love my bed room. Though I think I want a change in it. But I love the way it is set up. I don't spend much time in it, but i like it a lot.


These are my second fav. My fav seems to be missing in action. Which means Benntte took off with them and know I am on the hunt to find them.


It isn't nomally this messy,(though I amd sure jared is reading this and saying "yeah right") but for some reason Jared like to throw my clothes on top of the hangers instead of hanging them up. Which I hate, what I hate even more is when he does hang them up he will hang them up inside out. I don't know why but it just bugs the crap out of me.


Also what usually happens when I open the frige. Bennett is alway right there to climb in it. Everytime it is like some sixth sense. "mom is about to open the
What usually happens is the dryer is full of balls, Bennett loves to play with all the balls in the basement. Which I have a pic of that will be posted later.


It was clean but all the cleaning things are still out.


Thank goodness the lid is closed, I am cleaning that today.

funny things kids say!

While leaving a friends house. Tyson was whining because he didn't want to go, and Bennett was crying because he was tired. Then Derek says shaking his head " My brothers are such babies." I was laughing all the way home.
We went to a birthday swim party and one of the members in our branch was asking Derek if his dad had big muscles and he said "He has a big belly". They just say it as they see it. But dad's belly is shrinking so it wont be big soon, plus it isn't super big now. We love you dad!!
When Mark (grandpa smith) got his first leg cut off. Derek told him "that he needed to get a new doctre because he cut your leg off". Derek is just so matter of fact about things sometimes.
One day on the way to church Derek was humming Indiana jones theme song. Jared said are you singing Derek and He said "No my nose is". Becasue he was humming.
Most of the funny stuff Derek as said. Tyson is more of a Dancer and funny tricks. They are all great boys and are making us laugh all the time.

For a friends birthday we went bowling. The boys had a blast. Even Bennett rolled the ball down. It was a lot of fun.

4th of JULY!

We had a blast on the 4th. We went swimming, cooked out, went to a movie, watched fireworks. All in all it was a great night spent with family.

This is what I am making right now. This one was actually done by my friend Brooke. She is sewing like crazy and taking me along with her. It has been a lot of fun. But for now the fun is on hold, because Bennett has been so sick with ear aches. He has been throwing up non stop on Sunday. I mean all day and all night. I was worried he was going to get dehydrated, because he couldn't keep anything down for very long. He is doing really good to day. He hasn't thrown up so that is a total plus. He is actually wanting to play and things. You feel so bad for them when they are sick. If I could I would totally take their place. So that is what we are up to now. Jared is back at the old grind stone.

Sewwiinngg!

Well lately I have been trying my hand a sewing. I think I did pretty good. Though I think I will get better with time. My friend Brooke and I have been sewing girl clothes...and though I don't have a girl she does. SO I am just holding out that I will someday get a girl and if not...lets hope my sister Ashlee does. Because lets face it girl clothes are a lot more fun then boys. Though I still get a thrill at seeing my boys in the handsome clothes I have picked out. I have also been working on hair bows for friends and myself sadly enough, just can't stop holding out hope that I will actually get to use them. So if I don't I want to have these dang cute bows I have made. Plus I made a bow to match the shirt I made.


Also would like to try to make something like this. I just think it is the cutest thing I have ever seen.

Well we just had a day of playing in the yard. Derek has been wearing a fleece jacket and a black cowboy hat and holding a purple broken necklace, that is his whip. Because he is "Freddie and the Jones" which is interpreted into Indiana Jones. He rides his bike and hums or sings the theme song.

Dad took them to Khufu panda. They loved it but now it is a constant brawl at our house. They keep fighting and fighting. They have had some time staring at the corner. But for the most part they have been great boys, and loving summer.
