Thanksgiving!!

We had a great Thanksgiving uncle Robert and Susan, Courtney and Kyle and Sophie all came to visits. It was a lot of fun. You are never not laughing when uncle Robert is around. We just loved having them all here. And getting to see little Sophie. Tyson was so proud of the Turkey he made. He is such a sweet boy.

The boys had a great Halloween. They looked so cute in there costumes and I think I loved Bennett's the best. He just looked so cute. They made out like bandits on the candy side of things. They liked doing pumpkins even though they all thought digging out the "guts" was so gross. We made pumpkin seeds which were still as gross as I remember. No wonder mom did it only once.

But I really wish I could have been at my little cousins wedding.(who isn't so little anymore) Jess I am so happy for you and know that you are super happy too.(your all smiles) I am so proud of you too for marrying in the temple and how special I know that day will always be for you. I know it won't be long before Jace, Paige, Bryan and Emily. Will be getting married too. It is crazy to think about. I know I am getting older but this just makes you feel old. When the kids you baby sat are getting married and having kids. That is when it hits you. You are getting old you just didn't know it till you look back on old photos and realize you looked really young there. When a few years ago that photo wasn't so different from what you saw in the mirror.

Anyway I just want my family to know I love them and miss them. Grandma you are an amazing women. I can't get over the gingerbread house. and I am sure you were "tickled to death" at how it turned out. I love you!

Fun Fall Break!

I had a great birthday and the boys were so sweet. We are having a great weekend too. Aunt Megan and uncle Norm came down. We got to see a little of uncle Adam on his way through to TX. We went to where the wild things are. I wouldn't recommend it. Tyson was silently balling through part of it. To the point he couldn't even talk and tell me what was wrong. But when he finally could tell me he said "it was because everyone was being so mean to each other in the movie." He is the sweetest tender hearted kid. I just love him to death. I mean how cute is that.

Notice Derek has his shirt off in both pictures. Typical Derek as soon as he gets home from school his backpack comes off, coat, shows me his folder and then his shirt comes off. He is so funny I don't know why he likes to run around with his shirt off. What can I say I love my boys so much. And My hubby too. :)

Family pictures

Here are a few pictures my uncle took of us when we were in Ut last. As if you couldn't tell I am the fat one in the family. But I get a little break because I am pregnant in the pic..but only a little one.

Don't get me wrong..I am excited!

Just so you all know I am very excited to have another boy. Though I have to admit I totally thought it was a girl too. I don't want this baby boy to think I wasn't excited about having him, because I am VERY excited and happy.

But yesterday I was cleaning out my closet and for those that know me know that I make hair bows for little girls. So over a period of time I have kept some of my favorite hair bows, and had them hagging in my closet hopping to use them one day. Well I didn't see the point of having them in there any more. I needed the room to hang my necklaces. So I was packing them up. And as I was packing them I kept sniffing, because I still have a little bit of a cold. And Jared kept asking if I was ok and I said yeah. He asked me three times and on the third time for whatever reason I just started balling like a baby. I was all " I don't think I will ever get to use these bows." It was so out of now where that it blow me away. That I was balling over this silly thing. When I am so excited to have a boy. ( I know what to do with boys) I was being totally irrational. I have only been like that one other time. It was when I was pregnant with my 3rd and I was making a breakfast casserole so yummy. It has ham, Swiss cheese, eggs, cream and Parmesan cheese. (Lisa knows what I am talking about.) Anyway I have made this before for Jared. So I thought there would be no problem when I asked him to go to the store and buy me some Swiss cheese. But when he comes back he has the processed Kraft Swiss cheese singles. SO not what I wanted. I just started balling and saying it isn't going to taste right and it was so stupid. I later apologized to Jared because it was way nice of him to even go back to town after he just got home from work to even get the cheese. But sometime being pregnant makes you cry over the stupidest things.

It's a BOY!!

I know it is crazy that I am having yet another boy. We all thought it might be a girl. But boys are great and I know it will be a lot of fun having another boy.

Derek - Jr (Indiana Jones), bud (wolverine and the x men), Bob (don't know where he got that one)
Bennett - is yet to give any.

The boys ALWAYS have so much fun with their cousins. They all get along really really well. They never want to leave when the time is up. The pics are just some fun things they got to do and Rhonda bought them all BYU shirts which were a hit. We had a blast and can't wait to see them and the new baby this Christmas.

Win took some fun pics of all of us. We had a lot of fun with them and a yummy dinner. Isn't my grandma beautiful? Plus she is the sweetest person in the world.

Derek is 5!! Happy Birthday!!

Today was Derek's birthday!!! He is 5 I can't believe it. He had a great birthday, he got transformers and a transformer t shirt and a star wars movie. He also got an ice cream cake. It was really good. Saturday we went to the new water park that President Bush dedicated. It was a lot of fun and the boys loved it. Plus they had some friends to join in on the fun. Happy Birthday Derek we love you so much!!!

Cousins and 4th of July fun

These are a few things the boys did with their cousins when they visited. They all had so much fun together. They played outside, caught frogs, played at Petra's school with the scooter things, played with play dough, swimming lots and lots of swimming, they went to a few movies. They just played and played and played they all just love to play with each other. The 4th was fun too, and President Bush even came to our small town. Lynsie and I saw him and his wife driving back to the air port. I always thought they had tinted windows but you could see them. It was pretty cool! The fireworks were great too, and we had a ton of glow sticks and bracelets. I was so glad they were able to come and stay as long as they did. I love spending time with them and with Lynsie. We love you guys!!

Bennetts hair is so cute!

He was really good...there were moments I thought he might cry, but he made it through. He doesn't look like a baby anymore.

T-ball and Big tree

Tyson played T-ball again this year. He had so much fun and his coach was so great. Last year I think he didn't have as much fun, the coach wasn't as good. They kind of made fun of the kids that didn't really know how to play. Well hello it is some of these kids first time to play so give them a brake. They didn't even really take the time to teach them anything. This years coach was amazing, she showed them how to do it and made them feel good even if they missed or didn't do it right. At the end of the season she got them all trophies. Tyson LOVED it and was so proud. (because a few weeks ago the boys found all Jared's trophies from growing up and they thought he was so amazing because of all the trophies he had.) So it really meant the world to Tyson to have is own trophy.

Camping

In May we went camping in the pasture by the pond. This was our first family camp out. Oklahoma is really to hot to camp too much. Oklahoma is so different from MT, UT, ID it is hot and humid and it stays hot and humid all day and NIGHT. I am used to hot in the day and cool in the night, but not here. But May it was perfect, we all had a lot of fun. Rhonda, Petra and David didn't camp out but we all ate marshmallow and just had fun talking and watching the fire. There is just something amazing about a fire. Needless to say the boys had a blast as you can see in the pictures.

Happy Birthdays to....

I just wanted to wish three amazing women and one amazing man a happy birthday. And to let you know that I love you and have been thinking about you.

To grandma I just wanted to say you are one of the sweetest people I know. I have never NEVER heard you utter on bad thing about anyone. You took care of Grammy and are always there for others. You are such a good example to all of us. I just love you so much and are so glad to be your granddaughter. And I love you too Win! Happy Birthday!!

Megan you are a sweetheart. I love visiting you and getting to hang out with you. I love ya to death. Hope you had a wonderful birthday.

And Happy Birthday to Rianne and Robert Today!! We love you both and hope you have a great day. Hope to visit with you both this summer.

Robert we want to wish you a happy birthday. We love being around you, your one guy that you can't stop laughing when your around. I love that about you. Not to mention you just on nice guy always going above and beyond when we visit. I love ya, and you too aunt Susan.

Rianne you are such a wonderful person always putting others before yourself. You are just so much fun to be around and just chat with. We can't wait to see you this summer. Love you so much. Have a great birthday.

Garden of my dreams

I just love Zinnas they are just so pretty.

I have planted a garden this year. I am excited and really hope things go according to plan. It isn't the prettiest garden. But I know what I want it to look like next year. I want it to be like my aunt and uncle (James and Lisa) their garden is so pretty and perfect. I hope to be able to have the same next year.

You don't realize how much work a garden really is until you are digging it. Not so fun. But hopefully it will all be worth it.

The snow we had!
